NOTE
1. Each vendor warrants that that the property belongs to them or they are acting as a trustee or executor of an estate.
2. We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss which may occur with stamps inadequately mounted or arranged. Good care is taken of all consignments.
3. Consignments/lots will be accepted for auction at the discretion of Len Jury Ltd.
4. Registered GST Vendors (where selling stamps or second hand goods is part of their business) must supply us with their GST Number (For GST purposes).
5. RESERVES: If you desire that no reserves be placed please advise by return. This does not mean your lot will automatically sell for a bargain price but can stimulate competition leading to a better price. An automatic reserve of 70% of our estimate is otherwise placed on all lots.
6. UNSOLD LOTS: These will be reoffered every 3 months until sold. The Estimate will be reduced to 80% of the previous estimate listed for this lot. If you require unsold lots to be returned please advise us. This will be done when payment for any charges has been met.
7. Entry of items into our auction signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Assuring you of our continued friendly help and advice.
